About the team

Deloitte's Infrastructure & Real Estate team is made up of over 200 experts, working on some of the most high-profile infrastructure and government service projects. We offer a collaborative environment where you'll work closely with industry leaders who are passionate about your professional growth.

Our team’s work spans the entire infrastructure lifecycle, including :

• Policy development
• Strategy development including master / precinct and portfolio planning
• Business case preparation
• Procurement process design and execution
• Commercial advisory and negotiations
• Construction project management and contract administration
• Project and program management
• Transaction advisory
• Physical infrastructure asset advisory

We are looking for a diverse range of skill sets and experiences to add to our Canberra team. Therefore, we are open to a range of infrastructure and property professionals and backgrounds.

As a Manager, you would be expected to lead teams and manage engagement delivery, demonstrate a strategic and proactive mindset in articulating and solving complex business issues influence stakeholders, teams, and individuals positively, establish professional relationships with increasingly senior people, take ownership for business development opportunities, and drive high performance from colleagues across Deloitte.

As a Senior Analyst, you would be expected to have strong technical and analytical capabilities and an ability to problem solve to deliver impact, capability to articulate compelling messages and communication, understand the importance of effective engagement management, and build a deeper knowledge and understanding of the sales process.
