We are looking for a finance brokers must have a diverse range of skills and attributes to be successful in their role. They must be knowledgeable, analytical, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Assessing financial situation and identifying goals and needs.
• Identifying clients' financial and insurance needs, and assessing the suitability of available products to meet those needs.
• Researching and analyzing various financial products and services available in the market.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
• Evaluating clients' financial situation, exploring financial alternatives, and creating strategies to achieve their financial goals.
• Facilitating clients' access to various financial services, such as insurance policies, home loans, and other forms of financing, through collaborations with banks, financiers, lenders, and insurance firms.
• Negotiating with financial institutions on your behalf to secure the best possible terms and conditions for your chosen financial products and services.
• Reviewing and explaining the terms and conditions of financial products and services before you commit to them.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the life of financial products and service.
• Ensuring that you fully understand the risks and benefits associated with each financial product and service.
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting client's personal and financial information.
• Skills & Attributes
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance and economics in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the finance industry is required.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide sound recommendations to clients.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional service to our clients and build strong relationships.
• Proficient in using financial software and technology.

• The base salary would be $70,000 - $75,000 + superannuation.
