WeAreFinance is located in Myaree, Perth. Our brokerage specializes in financing new and used commercial vehicles, yellow goods, trucks & trailers, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, unsecured finance (personal loans & business loans), invoice / debtor finance, boats & leisure goods, and consumer vehicles.

The Role : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Asset Finance Broker ready to accelerate their career in a high-performance, high-support environment. You'll work with warm leads, loyal referrers, and existing clients, with the backing of a top-tier operations and credit team. We provide the platform, resources, and flexibility—so you can focus on doing what you do best : settling deals.

Responsibilities : Managing a pipeline of active business and consumer clients.Structuring and submitting deals across multiple lenders.Liaising with clients, funders, suppliers, and internal credit support.Managing referrer and dealer relationships.Driving settlements and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.Meeting monthly KPIs across settlements, activity, and retention.Qualifications : Minimum 1–2 years of asset finance or commercial lending experience.Strong understanding of lender products, credit policies & submission processes.Excellent communication, time management, and client relationship skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred but not mandatory).Other Benefits : Warm inbound leads + active referrer network.Uncapped commissions – OTE $150K+Ability to write across consumer & commercial asset finance, unsecured loans, invoice finance, and more.Full credit, admin & compliance support – focus on building and converting.Learn from industry experts with 50+ years of combined experience.Be part of a small, warm, and friendly work environment.If you've got a solid finance foundation and want to fast-track your earnings and personal brand, this is the right role for you.
