Broker Manager – Asset Finance

Our client is a well-established player in the UK asset finance sector, currently expanding their broker development team.They are seeking to appoint an experienced Asset Finance Broker Manager responsible for driving the activities and performance of both new and existing broker relationships.

The role can be based anywhere from the Midlands to the South of England.The primary focus is to strengthen existing broker relationships and develop strategies to increase the quality and quantity of new business.

This includes securing new broker partnerships, both for hard and soft asset finance business.Experience in asset finance is essential, along with proven experience in managing and developing broker relationships.

Good financial analysis skills are advantageous, as some transactions may require credit assessment and structuring intervention by the broker manager.
