Asset Finance Broker – Base + Uncapped Commission | Gold Coast

What You'll Be Doing

• Working with warm leads from internal sales teams (solar, construction, and trade sectors)
• Structuring asset finance solutions (vehicles, equipment, energy systems, etc.)
• Managing the application process from enquiry to settlement
• Building long-term relationships with clients and referral partners $80,000 – $100,000 base salary (based on experience)
• Tiered commission structure to reward performance
• Quality warm leads – no cold calling required
• Admin & lender support so you can focus on selling
• Career progression opportunities in a high-growth business What You'll Need
• 2+ years experience in asset finance broking (or consumer finance with strong results)
• Strong knowledge of lenders, panels, and finance structuring
• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or close to completing)
