  • The ability and experience to talk to clients about finance and property topics. (some training will be provided).
  • An ethical and consultative approach to building client relationships.
  • Sales and property experience an advantage.

Wealthkey Property are growing due to demand and are expanding our team with a well-performing client care consultant to assist our property principal strategist in conducting discovery meetings, working our deal pipeline, managing regular contact and review of multi property investors and signing on clients to get our clients invested!

Role Overview

As a Client Care Consultant and sales support contact you will work closely with Paul Mollica, our Principal Property Strategist. Most of our enquiries are pre-qualified referrals but we do have a growing marketing presence. You’ll guide high-intent leads through our proven enquiry, onboarding, strategy and follow up process. By nurturing client relationships with returning, multi property investors and referral partners you will help turn initial interest into long-term investor relationships. You'll address financial objections, present clear strategies, and help Team Wealthkey close deals with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide discovery sessions and build trust with a consultative approach
  • Nurture prospects and conduct outbound follow-ups
  • Provide ongoing support to clients with portfolio reviews
  • Liaise with finance brokers and referral partners to assist client journeys
  • Track and optimize results via our CRM (Bigin by Zoho)
