Role Overview
As a Client Care Consultant and sales support contact you will work closely with Paul Mollica, our Principal Property Strategist. Most of our enquiries are pre-qualified referrals but we do have a growing marketing presence. You’ll guide high-intent leads through our proven enquiry, onboarding, strategy and follow up process. By nurturing client relationships with returning, multi property investors and referral partners you will help turn initial interest into long-term investor relationships. You'll address financial objections, present clear strategies, and help Team Wealthkey close deals with confidence and care.
