HOBAN have partnered with Canberra Airport to help recruit a number of exceptional and experience Customer Service Officers at the Airport.
The role of the Customer Service Officer is to provide professional and superior customer service to the terminal area as well as providing relief assistants when required to other departments.
Using your initiative and drive, the Customer Service Officer's main purpose is to help improve the interaction and relationships with the customers at Canberra Airport.
- Duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Friendly and Courteous interaction with all customers
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all customer inquiries
- Forwarding / escalating inquiries to the appropriate managers / departments as necessary
- Answering telephone calls and intercoms in a professional and respectful manner
- Liaising with Airport contractors and tenants.
- Confirming flight arrival and departures as needed to arrange ground transportation for passengers
- Traffic management through out the airport, including monitoring and controlling all ground transportation at the airport
