Our client supports the engagement of the workforce that assist in the delivery of an Electoral Event. Roughly 120,000 people are engaged during this period and the Support team supports 151 Division nationally in the employment, training, and payment of this workforce. The Support Teams are the business owners of all supporting policies and guidelines, two bespoke systems, and are the first point of call for Divisions and the Workforce.

- full-time positions across Canberra (on-site only)
- 6-month contract (potential extension)
- 42-$45 per hour + Super
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (Work on weekends may be required)
- Jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport : Elizabeth St location

- your responsibilities will include
- You are the first point of call from internal staff in relation to employment, training and payments.
- Make and communicate decisions within defined boundaries relating to the area of responsibility using training, templates and standard operating procedures provided.
- Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships, including assisting in the resolution of stakeholder problems.
- Make decisions and resolve issues with some guidance from more senior staff.
- Escalate complex issues as required.
- Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain the integrity, availability and capability of the systems including data input.
- Requirements
- Must be Australian citizen.
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly agile and fast pace operational environment.
- Solves problems while following a clear set of guidelines and rules.
- Demonstrates resilience and calm when dealing with complaints or challenging situations.
- Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity.
- Experience working in a call centre environment is desirable but not necessary.
