Job descriptionThe Opportunity Role responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival. Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims / repairs Does this sound like you? Join the supportive, friendly team at Gemini Kingston — centrally located closed to Fyshwick, just off Canberra Avenue, with free parking available to employees. The site is fully equipped with Car-O-Liner systems, spot welders, and spray booths. Build better with 14 professionals who support each other and enjoy a good team culture.
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Kingston in Fyshwick.
