Health And Wellbeing Manager

Our Tastelife program is recognised worldwide and links all the elements of exercise, nutrition, injury prevention and community activities to give a holistic approach to ensure mental and physical wellbeing to residents of our operations.

• The Role
• Support Tastelife program delivery
• Support our team of Tastelife Coordinators, including supporting onboarding, training and program performance management.
• Support and oversee detailed reporting and identifies and actions opportunities for improvement
• Implementation of Tastelife strategies, health promotion and initiatives
• Ensure contract compliance & service delivery between the Compass Group Australia business and clients
• Develop approaches to enhance customer and client service quality
• Ensure business performance and compliance
• Monitor financial activities against budget
• Identify and evaluate options for improved budget performance
• The Person
• Key Requirements
• Travel to our remote and offshore sites
• Demonstrate a pro-active, well organised approach to work independently
• Excellent communication / presentation skills
• Passion for physical, nutritional and mental health and wellbeing
• High level focus on customer service and engagement
• Experienced leaders with proven success in leading people highly desirable
• Essential Criteria
• Tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related field (Desirable)
• Previous experience in delivering remote site health and wellbeing programs or similar
• Demonstrates ethical behaviour in accordance with professional standards and policies
• Excellent written communication skills
• Manages and prioritises own workload and meets deadlines
