Then come and join our global team as an Account Manager for NSW Cardiology based in Sydney, NSW. This is a new position in our NSW team due to the development of mínimally invasive therapy, focusing on developing relationships with public clients in the Cardiology space to increase customer loyalty, and to create, identify and action opportunities for Siemens Healthineers product and service offerings. Our Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
In this role, you will develop trusted long-term relationships with designated key Cardiology customers, being the primary point of contact with our business back to the customer pre, during, and post the sales process. You will devise, communicate, lead and execute a Territory Plan to develop new Cardiology install opportunities, deliver increased market share and meet the Annual Sales Target for your assigned territory. As a part of your responsibilities, you will engage and work closely with internal stakeholders including (but not limited to) product Business Line Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Marketing and Apps Specialists. Lastly, you will maintain our Siemens Healthineers sales CRM tools to provide up-to-date market data and transparency.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong customer focus with demonstrated positive business relationships. You will be self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrate that you can influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-Level.
