Responsibilities Create exceptional Guests experiences Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment Work, health and safety management Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively. Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations. Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
