What You Will Be Doing We're seeking a dynamic Director, Medical Workforce Unit to drive excellence in the recruitment, coordination and support of our junior and senior medical and dental teams. This pivotal role will oversee day-to-day operations while delivering innovative workforce solutions that align with Peninsula Health's strategy. From credentialing to policy, wellbeing to workforce growth — your leadership will influence the heart of healthcare delivery.
