ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Operations team at our branch in Bibra Lake, 6163. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm!This role would suit an entry level candidate who is interested in and has basic knowledge of cars, machinery and equipment, or someone who has experience in a similar role or industry. In this hands-on role, your key responsibilities would include :
Ensuring all assets are received, booked in, photographed and uploaded accurately within the required timeframes upon arrival at the branchProducing quality digital photographs of assets and other items when booking in as well as documenting features and damageDelivering outstanding service to vendors and buyersMaintaining a safe, productive and enjoyable work environment and adhere to WHS proceduresTeaming effectively with other departmentsABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience :
Passion for cars, and / or experience in a similar role / industry will be highly regardedCurrent & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)Basic computer skills / ability to use an iPadAbility to maintain quality standards and meet deadlinesAbility to work as part of a teamThe successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekdays where required.
