The role will also require assisting Senior Case Managers and the Regional Manager where required.The Position : End to end workers compensation claims management from early intervention; including injury management, return to work planning and implementation, as well as general data and compliance management (eg compliance with Self-Insurance claims audit tool and general SIRA standards of practice).Participation in medical case conferences with injured workers and their treating medical practitioners to provide safe, timely and durable return to work of ISS employee's.Support ISS operational staff to manage and increase awareness of Workers Compensation and return to work responsibilities and accountabilities within the business.Co-ordinate and implement the workplace injury management policy, procedures and programs.Facilitate the return to work of injured staff, including the processing of timesheets for partial return to work.Process Workers Compensation and injury management documentation.Determine PIAWE and ongoing wages entitlements.Maintain workers compensation records using the Solv claims database.Provide reporting to managers and SIRA where required.Foster a positive return to work and safety culture.Maintaining general cleanliness of the office.Conduct activities and operations in compliance with applicable law, regulations and ISS code of conduct.Monitor effectiveness of services providers including medical practitioners.General administrative duties associated with the management of the claims portfolio such as authorising payments and maintaining electronic files.Work closely with the Regional Manager to help reduce cost of claims across the business.Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are passionate of what they are doing.Manageable caseloadsWork-life balance / Flexible work arrangementsOpportunities to develop your career within our global organisationYou will form and develop an enormously successful team who outperform year on yearValues based positive company culture, with a caring and energetic teamAccess to staff discounts with wide range of companiesWhat you require to be successful : Current NSW drivers licenceExperience in workers compensation claims management (self insurance experience preferred but open to insurer experience)Previous experience with early intervention, injury management and workers compensation processes (preferred) .Ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and administrative skillsGood MS office skillsGood customer service and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of medical terminologyTo apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.ISS is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
