About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Balance Mobility team as a Warehouse Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse located in Biggera Waters, Queensland. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory and logistics processes.

What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff and drivers

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures

Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimise the flow of goods and materials

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff

Foster a positive and productive work environment within the warehouse

What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role

Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics management

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
