Temporary full-time up to 12 months 35 hours a week offering work-life balance with a variable day off every 19 days and flexible working arrangements (WFH Opportunities) Attractive and competitive salary : $37.66 - $43.76 per hour + 12% superannuation Application closing date : 7 July 2025 The Opportunity As a Corporate Information Officer, you'll report to the Coordinator Corporate Information and provide a range of records management services to support Council operations in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
You will provide high level, efficient, effective, courteous and informative responses to all record-keeping and archiving requests, ensuring that Council's records are stored, maintained and controlled in accordance with the State Records Act (NSW) and associated legislation and standards.
You'll contribute to the delivery of the records disposal and digitisation program and deliver upon organisational service levels.

What you need to succeed (Essential Criteria) : Tertiary qualifications in Records Management and / or demonstrated experience in a formal recordkeeping environment.
Experience in the operation of an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS).
Knowledge of the State Records Act and associated legislation and standards.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated excellence in accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment meeting strict deadlines Demonstrated experience with the MS Office suite Current Drivers Licence (Class C) What's in it for you?
