• You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
• Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
• Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team!
• Please note - this is not a gardening role
• What you will bring
• Experience in General Maintenance and 'Handyperson' roles or trade experience (highly desired)
• Experience in low or medium-rise building maintenance (desired, but not essential!)
• A warm & friendly personality with an interest to make a difference every day
• Valid driver's licence (required)
• Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
• Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
• What we offer
• 25.60 / hr + relevant Aged Care Award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation
