To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in high volume recruitment support roles. Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential, and you must have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Effective communication skills and a proactive approach are also required, as well as a highly energetic, engaging, and pragmatic style.
