Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable, and passionate support worker to join our team. We have casual position available for community access and in-home support. We have participant all over Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter and surrounding areas. Role Overview : The role involves assisting participants with daily living activities, community access, and personal goals. This includes : Assisting with general housework, personal hygiene, cooking, and other daily tasks. Supporting participants in accessing community events, services, and social outings, including providing transport. Maintaining accurate records, including progress notes and incident reports. Encouraging and motivating participants to achieve their individual goals. Providing self-care, social, and emotional support as needed. Requirements : Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred) Valid Driver's Licence Reliable and comprehensivelyi - FULLY INSURED VEHICLE - WWCC - POLICE CHECKS - NDIS SCREENING - CURRENT FIRST AID - CPR
