About the Opportunity

• Ideally
• we are looking for applicants who are 2-3 years out of their apprenticeship and looking to be 100% on the tools but this is not essential so if you have recently completed your apprenticeship and looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
• successful applicants will be motivated and understand the importance of being trusted to liaise with customers & work autonomously on jobs that are offsite as allocated by the service manager.
• Aside
• from your qualifications you will possess the ability to establish strong connections with our existing customers.
• will understand the importance of team work at branch level and with other branches.
• encourages all employees to share their experience & knowledge and be willing to take on new tasks and challenges to provide the high level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
• will be required to diagnose & repair a wide range of Agco hay and harvest products, Krone balers and Manitou Telehandlers.
• Previous
• knowledge of these is not essential if you have the right mind-set to utilise your skills and learn on the job from our qualified techicians.
• automotive air conditioning licence and HC licence would be advantageous but not a strict requirement for securing the position, our focus is on getting the right person to join our team.
