You will play a critical role in helping a 130 year old NDIS Community Care Provider leverage Salesforce to improve processes, drive stakeholder engagement, and own internal service management.
You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, design tailored Salesforce solutions, configure the platform, and own the roadmap of additional feature adoption.This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, NDIS operations, and bring able to drive and communicate through an empathetic change management approach.
You will act as the bridge between our external partners, internal salesforce users and other technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with NDIS requirements and industry best practices.As our Salesforce Business Analyst you will work as part of our dedicated Salesforce support team to ensure we are maximising the efficiencies and capitalising on the full features and benefits of Salesforce across our various business units.What will I be doing?
- Own the day-to-day management and long-term evolution of Salesforce features and Use Cases as it relates to being the central hub of our business's operations
- Partner with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce
- Manage and optimize automation, flows, and integrations with connected systems (e.g.
billing, reporting, document generation)
Identify and resolve data issues, duplication, and sync errors across various systemsMaintain strong governance on user access, field usage, and change control processesLead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and system performanceDevelop and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and best practicesAct as a strategic advisor on Salesforce-related decisions and future-state system designImprove business performance through Tableau reporting and dashboardingKey Responsibilities1.Business Analysis & Solution Design
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, define solutions and provide guidance on system requirements to drive organisational improvementsConduct discovery workshops, gather user stories, and document functional requirements using JIRATranslate business needs into Salesforce solutions using standard and custom functionalitiesDesign data models, business processes, and user experiences within the Salesforce ecosystemConfigure Salesforce Service Cloud and other relevant modulesCreate and manage objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, process automation, and reports / dashboardsConduct testing (UAT, regression testing, and system validation) to ensure proper system functionality3.Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Train end-users and business teams on new Salesforce features and best practicesDevelop training materials, user guides, and documentation tailored to internal usersProvide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancementsServe as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, recommending improvements and innovations aligned with NDIS and NFP trends and regulations4.Ad Hoc Requirements
