As a Manager, you will work as a consultant in a client facing role, across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distill analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role includes managing small- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.

We are looking for Managers to join our Organisational, Performance and Leadership practice in a management consulting capacity, working across a range of projects. We are looking for a variety of people to join our team. This is a client facing position who bring skills & experience in Organisational Development, Workforce, Leadership and Capability.

You are :

• Collaborative : you bring energy and enthusiasm for collaborating with others throughout the project design and delivery process. Understanding and engaging with people and content will be key.
• Enthusiastic and interested in working across our organisational, performance and leadership practice, as well as other service lines and a variety of sectors.
