We are looking for a versatile and energetic branch all-rounder to assist in all areas of our branch operations.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to get involved in multiple aspects of the business, including customer service and warehouse support.

Key responsibilities include :
- Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers
- Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing, and product enquiries in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers, and picking slips into the computer system promptly.
- Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at the point of sale; identify reasons for credits and rectify issues to prevent future credits.
- Assist with periodic stock checks
- Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and advise the purchasing department of stock requirements.
- Picking and packing orders , including preparing courier and transport documentation.
- Check picked orders and process invoicing.
This is a hands-on role that requires physical manual handling for preparing customer orders for dispatch, receipting, and storing goods according to procedures.
About you – Skills and experience :
Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsAt least 6 months to 1 year experience in a warehouse environment.Knowledge of working in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyAble to lift heavy, bulky items for stock handling, picking, and packing.Productive team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.Good computer skills – knowledge of Outlook, Excel, etc.Current driver’s license and reliable transportExperience in Industrial Hose and Hydraulics or similar (Desirable)FORKLIFT LICENCE an advantageBenefits :
