- About the Role
The Data Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the DEI team with delivering data and analysis for our annual Workforce Equity Audit. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, collect, analyse and report on key workforce equity metrics, ensuring Western Health meets its ongoing compliance and equity obligations.
Your core responsibility will be to design and develop a sustainable reporting solution that ensures our Workforce Equity Audit requirements are met in 2025 and beyond.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse measures for the Workforce Equity Audit and align them with existing data sourcesDefine and document business requirements, process flows, and data collection methodsIdentify gaps in data collection and design solutions to address themCollaborate with workforce systems teams to configure data fields and support sustainable, ongoing data collectionImprove the quality and integrity of collected data across Western Health systemsUndertake data entry, formatting and reporting in spreadsheets, Power BI dashboards and SharePointBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsAdhere to data governance policies and practices at Western HealthStay current with policies and procedures relevant to the role and the divisionPerform general administrative and project support tasks as requiredDemonstrate commitment to equity, diversity, safety, risk management and ethical practiceAbout YouWe are looking for someone with :
