Procurement Partnering Specialist

Sydney CBD | 3 days office / 2 days WFH | $100k – $110k + super + bonus potential | Permanent

Join a fast-moving procurement team where every negotiation you land flows straight to the bottom line.

The difference you’ll deliver

Run cradle-to-grave sourcing projects (RFx through to signature) across a ~$100 m indirect spend portfolio—thinkconsulting, contingent labour, tax, audit, legal, marketing, travel and wider corporate services.
Translate business goals into smart sourcing strategies for stakeholders right across the bank.
Mine market data to surface savings, innovation and risk-mitigation ideas.
Champion supplier-relationship programmes that lift performance and drive continuous improvement.

About you

18 months – 3 years’ strategic sourcing / procurement experience in a complex enterprise (FS, telco, utilities, government or large corporates).

Proven RFx execution and vendor-management across indirect categories.

Commercial mindset – confident building cost models and structuring deals.

The presence to earn trust and positively influence outcomes.

Degree qualified (or equivalent industry accreditation).

Sydney CBD HQ, steps from rail and light-rail.

Hybrid rhythm : two days from home.

Modern open-plan campus, on-site wellness centre and subsidised café.

You’ll need unrestricted work rights in Australia (citizen, PR or NZ citizen). Unfortunately we can’t provide visa sponsorship or relocation support.
