Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. operates and supports three of the four Community Options houses in Western Australia.
Community Options is a residential mental health program facilitated at sites across Perth that offer 24 / 7 care and support.
We support residents aged between 18 and 65 who require help following a long-term stay in hospital due to mental illness.

This role involves a rotation between active night shifts and evening shifts that move into a sleepover shift on a
The first 4 nights will consist of a paid evening shift from 4 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm, followed by a 11 : 00pm - 7 : 00am sleep shift in which you will be paid an allowance.
The second 4 nights will consist of a paid active night shift from 11 : 00pm - 7 : 15am.
This roster enables you to best support healthy sleeping patterns and support their recovery goals.
You easily relate to and empathise with others and can comfortably support people with complex mental health conditions.
If required, we'll provide you with medication competence training. As you gain experience, we will develop the capability to become an Approved Supervisor.
