Job Description

  • Coordinate office operations, including supplies management and facility maintenance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related queries and requests.
  • Manage meeting room schedules and ensure spaces are prepared for use.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office, maintaining a professional and positive experience.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with organising events or team activities when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
  • Adhere to workplace safety and compliance protocols.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a similar role or reception, events coordination, office admin.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
