Job ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.

Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on desktops, servers, and network infrastructure.

Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Manage and support the implementation of new technologies within client infrastructures.

Document system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Coordinate with teams to ensure comprehensive IT service delivery.

Stay updated with industry trends to provide innovative support.

Ensure compliance of IT equipment and software with standards.

Required Skills and QualificationsProficiency with mobile device management.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory.

Understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Office 365 deployment and management.

Network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.

Advanced troubleshooting skills for desktop and network issues.

Experience with SCCM for device and application management.

Expertise in Imaging : creating and deploying system images.
