Short-term engagement (4 weeks initially with the options to extend) Immediately available Sydney or Melbourne About the Role Calleo is seeking an experienced Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to join one of our delivery partners to deliver a positive and professional end user experience through the provision of high-quality IT support services. You will be working closely with executive and senior management staff, providing on-site technical assistance, and ensuring smooth operation of conferencing and desktop technologies.
Responsibilities Delivery of a positive end user experience through the provision of quality level 2 IT support.On site support for executive, senior management, and conferencing technologies.Provide a high level of technical expertise for a range of desktop technologies.Escalation points for difficult and high impact IT incidents.Undertake root cause analysis, and identification / development of preventative measures for recurring issues.Experience and Skills Required : Previous experience as a Level 2 Field Technician or Desktop Support Engineer.Strong all-round IT support skills across hardware, software, networks, and conferencing technologies.Proven ability to support executive-level users in a corporate environment.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.How to apply Apply directly or for more information on this role, please email Zainab at
