InsureBuild is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Perth, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects within the insurance industry. With a focus on quality, efficiency and risk mitigation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' needs are met to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment
• Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless project delivery
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures
• This role will require excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on ability to influence business and external stakeholders.

Occasional interstate travel to other offices, to assist in the increased workloads following major events may be required.
