Sales Support Officer - Weighbridge Solutions

• Duties will include (but not limited to)
• Provide a high level of internal support to field sales representatives including - Collating and preparing technical documentation, relating and generating leads
• Creation of quotes and revised quotes for clients as well as manage client enquiries
• Management of order entries and working closely with internal teams to administer contracts
• Engage with engineers and project office teams in relation to system capabilities, limitations and specifications
• General admin activities including - maintaining quote resources, templates and forms
• Aid the field sales team by qualifying high potential customers and providing creative technical solutions
• Tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline - Mechatronics, civil, mechanical or electrical is ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and professionally develop their skill-set
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously as flexible working is available
• Availability to work on-site
