Imaging Assistant

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Imaging Assistant to join our team at our Campbelltown facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and has strong computer skills. You'll play a key role in preparing, scanning, and processing physical documents into digital formats.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and load paper documents into Kodak scanners

Digitally process scanned images, including verification, rotation, cropping, and quality control

Ensure all scanned files meet accuracy and formatting standards before final submission

Maintain organised work flow and document handling procedures

Follow strict data confidentiality and security protocols

Requirements :

Excellent computer skills, including confidence with scanning software and image file management

High attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrated reliability and punctuality

Ability to work independently and meet daily productivity targets

Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one before starting

Salary, Hours & Benefits :

Hourly Rate : $33.96

Hours : Monday to Friday, 5 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM (ongoing)
