Job descriptionJob Requirements Lead procurement activities of new capabilities for Data Analytics Branch (DAB) Ensure internal and external stakeholders are engaged to support the successful start-up, initiation and delivery of these capabilities. Assist in investigating, costing, prioritizing and coordinating initiatives, new proposals and associated briefs and proposals. Responsibilities The preparation and management of correspondence and reports. Conducting research to support project work. Managing ongoing projects; undertaking cost estimates and analysis; contributing to ministerial and board reports. Contributing to secretariat functions of internal governance committees. Drafting business and strategic planning documentation, risk management, and liaison with key partners and stakeholders to the Service, and key project(s). It is a requirement for the project officer to be cleared to at least NV2 (SECRET). Key personnel will need to complete a non-disclosure agreement. ZINC offers an end-to-end service approach with unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane markets. ARIS
