About the Role We're currently seeking a specialist in project administration to join our Perth team, supporting critical project delivery activities across the property and infrastructure sectors. This role is ideally suited to someone with 5–15 years' experience in business or project administration.

You'll play a key role in ensuring project operations run smoothly by supporting project teams with documentation, funding processes, stakeholder coordination, and financial tracking. From handling invoices to coordinating funding applications, this role is all about being organised, friendly, and good with numbers.

We work client-side, partnering with government and institutional clients to deliver high-quality, well-managed outcomes. You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit team where your people skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be highly valued.

About You 5–15 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or a similar role. Business administration or finance qualifications are ideal. Confident working with financial documents, invoices, and funding applications. Strong interpersonal skills—you'll be working with a range of stakeholders and must be genuinely friendly, responsive, and collaborative. Highly organised, reliable, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a process-oriented mindset.
