Good news, T2 Tea is seeking a Cluster Manager to join our passionate team.
About The Role
The Cluster Manager is part of T2's retail leadership team within a designated region.
They are directly responsible for the P&L performance of their retail store portfolio, coaching and mentoring store managers and teams.
This role involves executing T2's retail strategy, leading stores to ensure brand representation at the highest level, and developing a culture of excellence in customer service that delivers a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering budgeted sales & EBIT for the cluster.
Managing key retail metrics such as ATV, IPC, conversion rates, loyalty sign-ups, and wage percentage to sales.
Ensuring a consistent customer experience through CUPPAS / service standards.
Leading and managing people effectively.
Maintaining VM presentation standards.
Overseeing operations, workplace health & safety.
