Chief Operations Officer – Aged Care My client is seeking an experienced and driven Chief Operations Officer to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality services across all aspects of Residential Aged Care.

About the Role : As a Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing multiple service leaders and their teams, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, staff engagement, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day service delivery Mentor and support Service Leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality support services Drive compliance within Residential Aged Care and internal quality standards Act as a senior escalation point for incident management, WHS compliance, and property matters Build and nurture key external relationships with referral sources and support providers Champion a values-based culture, aligned with participant-centred care principles What We're Looking For : Minimum 3 years' experience managing service delivery teams Relevant tertiary qualifications in leadership within health or related field Strong understanding of residential Aged Care practice standards and regulatory requirements Proven ability to lead high-performing teams Excellent stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management skills Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills What's on Offer : A senior leadership opportunity with the chance to make a real impact Diverse, engaging, and meaningful work supporting the aged A supportive and forward-thinking executive team Competitive salary package We are seeking applications from highly capable Health / Aged Care leaders.
