Service Executive

Aon is looking for candidates with general insurance experience who have a passion for broker, client service and stakeholder management with an interest in developing their insurance career.

The Aon Client Servicesteam (ACS) is a business critical operating unit and a cornerstone of our drive to enhance customer experience With a presence in 6 locations across Australia, ACS provides best-in-class client service support across all market segments.

To support the development of this innovative service model, we are currently welcoming applications from organised, diligent and customer-focused professionals for the role of Service Executive to join our Global and Corporate team based in Brisbane CBD.

This is a hybrid role working both from the office and home.

What the day will look like

Based at our Brisbane CBD office you will be collaborating with Client Managers, Client Executives, and Account Executives across multiple sectors.

With excellent career advancement, and ongoing training opportunities, we are offering the chance for a highly motivated, committed and driven individual to progress into the position ofAccount Executive in our ACS Global & Corporate segment.

As part of the Aon Client Services team, you will be responsible for :

• Responsible for assisting with client account portfolio management
• Working directly alongside Client Managers
• Directly managing client queries and being a subject matter expert for all their portfolio needs
• Attending client meetings and managing relationships with Insurers
• Assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting
• Managing quote slips and placing slips
• Managing invoicing and complex premium calculations
• Providing leadership and training to Service Specialists
