Managing, Educating and engaging with a Portfolio of Mortgage and Finance Brokers to deliver an exceptional experience for Latitudes Brokers and end customers.Using your strong relationship building skills you will activate & engage with an individual Broker Portfolio by building awareness of the Latitude products and services & providing support through the entire life cycle from onboarding & training through to quote and loan application process, scenario assistance, and credit policy.You will also be involved with the Accreditation and training and on-boarding of new brokers to Latitude, compliance checks, and interact with aggregator accreditation.You will be a key partner with both Internal & External stakeholders, exploring growth opportunities and seeking solutions to deliver great business outcomes and an exceptional service proposition.Who we needWe are a small team, so it is "all hands-on deck." You should be flexible, be able to take direction and willing to pitch in to get the job done.Finance industry and or Broker Experience is preferred a requirement however experience in the Broker Industry / Relationships would be an advantage, some key attributes we are looking for are : Well-organized and disciplined to work autonomously.Possess the ability to understand relative laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to lending.Experience managing workflows and tasks that acquire multiple touch points.Practice building customer and B2B relationships, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.Sometimes the best candidates don't have 100% of what is listed above, but if you have most and are confident, you'd be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!
