EA Petroleum Pty Ltd, trading as EZ Fuel , is an independently operated Australian business providing high-quality fuel and convenience retail services. Known for our modern facilities and focus on customer satisfaction, we aim to deliver a seamless retail experience to every customer.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship fuel and convenience site located at Rossmore NSW . This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is committed to team development, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

- Salary Range : $70,000 to $80,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and operational excellenceOversee the coordination of forecourt and store services to deliver a smooth customer experienceMonitor inventory levels, maintain stock accuracy, and coordinate timely product restockingImplement effective purchasing and pricing strategies in line with company objectivesDrive in-store marketing efforts, promotions, and visual merchandising to boost salesDeliver high standards of customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving concernsMaintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and banking proceduresManage store budgets, monitor expenditures, and support overall financial performanceLead hiring, training, rostering, and performance evaluations of team membersEnsure the store is maintained in a clean, organised, and professional condition to provide a welcoming environment for customers.Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with fuel station safety protocols and hazardous goods regulationsSupervise POS system use and maintain transactional integrity and complianceAnalyse sales and performance data, reporting regularly to business ownersCollaborate with fuel station partners and suppliers to manage product deliveries and stock planningIdentify and resolve maintenance or safety concerns to ensure a safe and welcoming store environmentAbout You :
Minimum Master’s in Business, Retail Management, or a related fieldAt least 1-2 year of experience in a retail store management or team leadership roleProven leadership abilities and experience in building and managing successful teamsExcellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholdersStrong organisational and multitasking capabilitiesWorking knowledge of inventory systems, stock control, and loss preventionCompetent in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail software platformsCustomer-focused, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding serviceInterested?
