Systems Coordinator

Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. Our delivery of high-quality work within the Energy sector has earnt us a solid reputation and enviable relationship with some of the industry's leading operators.

Our Energy division is seeking a Systems Coordinator. This role will be based in both our Victoria Park office and our client's office in the Perth CBD from Monday to Friday.

• Role Responsibilities
• Work closely with Monadelphous and client stakeholders to develop and implement systems to support the project
• Add value by improving existing reporting mechanisms and processes
• Develop and manage solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Develop solutions across varied business processes (HSE, Financial, Operations etc)
• Strong skillset in coding languages such as DAX and M-Code (Power BI), SQL, VBA
• High computer literacy
• Strong data analytics skills

• Software development experience
• Fluent in coding languages such as DAX and M-Code (Power BI), SQL, VBA
• Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
