We are looking for a permanent Executive Assistant to cover a 12-month contract to support the Regional Manager
- Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management for the Regional Manager to organise and locate times for meetings
- Booking monthly travel, including flights and accommodation
- Writing and formatting highly confidential documents / presentations on behalf of the Regional Manager
- Organisation of internal functions and corporate events
- Minute Taking at Quarterly Board, Investment Committee and Audit Risk and Compliance Committee meetings each quarter ranging from an hour to four in duration
- Provide support to members of our Australian management committee
- Representing the Regional Manager and other executives
- Answering or directing enquiries for the Regional Manager
- Maintaining the annual Company calendar, meeting schedules, and the Regional Manager's calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
- Organize meetings and conferences for senior executive management, including booking venues, sending invitations, preparing agendas and meeting rooms and associated documentation.
- Ensuring the stakeholders are prepared for all engagements, meetings, and necessary deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to take direction, determine priorities and manage workload to meet agreed timelines and objectives
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
