Job descriptionWhat success looks like in this role Job Description Requirements : _ 6 - 10 years experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena _ 6 - 10 years experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks _ 2-3 years experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams _ Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including : _ Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans _ Call Flows and auto attendants _ Emergency locations and calling _ The meeting, Live Events, and Messaging Policies _ Teams and M365 Group Governance _ Meeting room planning, including setup and devices _ Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts _ Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business _ Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint _ Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements _ Face-to-face customer engagement skills _ Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills _ Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand _ Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team _ Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting _ Microsoft Teams Administrator and / or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired _ Hands-on exp in developing business process automation using (Nintex, Power platform) _ You will be successful in this role if you have Necessary skills : _ NV1 Security Clearance is Required. _ Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management _ Experience in managing large-scale transition projects _ Ability and willingness to take direction from CDEs and Client Executives _ Able to adapt to a changing technical environment _ Ability to coach other members of the team in their area of expertise _ Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users _ Ability to work with a sense of urgency _ Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills _ Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell _ Certifications : _ ITIL Foundation (optional), _ Certification on O365, MS Teams, and Power platform (Optional in case of Good knowledge) _
