Working Arrangements :
Hybrid Fulltime onsite initially to understand the department s ICT landscape and project objectives.
Minimum 3 days onsite per week required after the initial period with flexible work arrangements subject to approval.
Contractors are responsible for their own remote work costs including travel accommodation and equipment.
About the Role :
As a Senior Systems Analyst you will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical solutions ensuring seamless integration of new systems within the organization. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders including HR IT and technical teams to define system requirements assess project feasibility and validate technical designs. This position requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 along with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will also be responsible for producing comprehensive documentation conducting feasibility assessments and supporting the overall project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements align stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
Collaborate with HR IT and other business units to understand workflows and system integration needs.
Conduct gap analyses assess feasibility and document findings for SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 projects.
Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications process flows and technical specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system configurations.
Support project planning and scheduling ensuring structured implementation and rollout.
Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff ensuring effective documentation and compliance with recordkeeping policies.
