Assistant Project Manager

We are actively recruiting for multiple opportunities for Assistant Project Managers to join our team in Canberra. Skilled and experienced Defence candidates with demonstrated strengths in the below areas are required.

Please note : These opportunities require you to already hold an active NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance.

What you will be involved in :

• Provision of general administrative support to the lead Project / Engineering Managers
• Contract management support including management of contract deliverables, organisation of contractual meetings and general stakeholder engagement.

What we would like from you :

• Experience providing project and / or administrative support to a project / program.
• Ability to effectively utilise document filing systems (Objective), manage calendar bookings, and develop and maintain simple / templated contractual documentation.
• Defence systems experience (Objective, MaMo, MyFi, ASDEFCON etc.) desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a secure environment and / or experience performing security functions for Industry / Defence (desirable)
• Knowledge of fundamental input to capability Highly desirable.
• Australian Citizen with a current or recently suspended AGSVA clearance
