Newly created role, perfect for a Senior Site Supervisor wanting to step up.Work on luxury / high end builds, longstanding / highly regarded QLD builder

My client is a residential boutique home builder based in Brisbane who have a solid reputation in the market for building design focused and quality luxury homes throughout Queensland.

The team are close knit, detail orientated, and all share the same passion for being a part of a business that has a point of difference in what can be such a saturated market.

Through their individual long-standing careers in the market, the team combined have some fantastic relationships with their suppliers, trades, and builders who are extremely loyal to the business and the brand which speaks volumes.

The team are expanding and are looking to bring on somebody who shares the same core values and vision for the business.

They are seeking an experienced and versatile Site Supervisor who is also capable of supporting the Construction Manager in various day-to-day operations as a 2IC

If you have a proven track record of supervising construction sites and are eager to take on additional responsibilities, this could be the perfect role for you!

If you are an experienced Site Supervisor who is a problem solver, has a good attitude and wants to get out of the project home space this is the role for you.

You will still have 1 -2 jobs of your own on top of assisting the Construction Manager when needed. This will also included scheduling / managing maintenance.

What you need :

You will receive a market high base salary+super along with a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and phone.

This opportunity in particular primarily has sites based throughout Brisbane Inner City Suburbs out to Bayside - this would be best suited to candidates located in Brisbane.
