- are looking for a Collections Officer to join our client's Collections Team. Help grow this Australian owned, utilities company with an amazing culture and learn form a team of finance professionals!
This role requires you to display large amounts of empathy and understanding whilst ensuring collection performance is maintained to a high standard.
Making outbound calls to loyal customers who have overdue accounts, this role will see you have meaningful conversations, to work with the customer ensuring they fall no further behind.
