Baker Bleu is seeking to hire a full-time baker to work in its Double Bay location.
Baker Bleu is Melbourne's premier artisan bakery, now opened in Sydney! We have a reputation for making unique artisan pastry and baking products using only the finest ingredients and dedication to the natural wonder of sourdough.
This role is a full-time baker position. This position requires enthusiasm, an eagerness and willingness to learn and take direction, teamwork, and co-operation with fellow production team members.
The principal responsibility of this role is work in the day-to-day production and preparation of dough and loaves for the following days baking. A successful employee will have respect for ingredients and machinery, take pride in learning and perfecting the way Baker Bleu dough is to be shaped, be consistent, efficient, and reliable.
