• Ability to work together as part of a team, collaborate to solve problems and achieve goals.
• Acceptance to ongoing training for NDIS essential courses and mental health facilitated through Spectrum Care.
• Compassion and empathy to support any child and or adult from the special needs groups including people with disabilities, people from CALD backgrounds, people from the LGBTI community, veterans, indigenous people, justice services, and people living with debilitating diseases such as Dementia, HIV or Parkinson.

All employees of Spectrum Care are involved in weekly training sessions to support individuals in the needed outcome that underpins a person-centered practice. Your participation level and delivery of support are assessed and reviewed regularly.

At Spectrum Care we ensure all support workers are up to date with the latest information on COVID-19. Complete webinar training addressing staff responsibilities, our preparedness, and response as specified in the Spectrum Care pandemic management plan.

Strict compliance with Covid-19 PHU orders at Spectrum Care DRS and mandatory screening of staff, and daily health declaration.
