Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker with a specialization in supporting children who possess the following qualities and qualifications :

Responsibilities
Passion for making a difference in someone's life
Client / customer-focused approach to exceptional service delivery
Effective communication skills and ability to connect with a variety of people
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Creativity, warmth, positivity, and friendliness
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to various situations and work effectively in a team
Good personal presentation

Qualifications and Experience :

Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with children with complex behaviors

2+ years of overall working experience

Certificate III (or higher) in a related community care field or current healthcare studies

Current First Aid certificate

Current Manual Handling certificate

Hand Hygiene certificate

Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Current Driver's License and a roadworthy vehicle that is registered and insured

NDIS Worker Screening Check

From $32.00 per hour
